R.V.K. and L.L.K. appeal the trial courts property division in their divorce action. R.V.K. contends the trial court erred in refusing to limit the value of the couples stock in the Medical Practice Group and the Medical Equipment Business in accordance with certain buy/sell agreements. L.L.K. also contends the trial court erred in valuing the couples stock in the Medical Practice Group; however, she advocates a higher value than that found by the trial court. The court has reconsidered the case en banc and withdraws the panel opinions and judgment dated October 30, 2002. We agree with R.V.K. that the value of the couples stock should be limited and we therefore reverse the trial courts judgment to the extent it divides the community property and remand this aspect of the cause to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. In all other respects, we affirm the trial courts judgment.
